hello friends
I have another 2 quick Christmas cards to share with you today.
First one is another bauble one - only this time in gold. See what you think - this time I have left the baubles plain.
Again I have printed the sentiment direct onto the card base itself using gold for the Scriptina font. I added gold diamantes for sparkle.
The second Christmas card was using a fab little cute penguin from Pink Gem Designs. This is a ready coloured image. So all I had to do was print it out and I added some diamantes.
I printed a snowy background direct onto the card base then matted the image onto silver mirri card and added a snowflake. Glitter is added to the puddle I think he is supposed to be standing in for even more Christmas sparkle.
Thanks for dropping by - I appreciate each and every one of you who stop by and leave a comment.
hugs to you all
have a fab weekend

Vintage Christmas (take 2 - lol)
Hello Friends and followers
Crikey - where are the weeks going to. I can't believe its been over a week since I posted on here.
What a naughty blogger I am.
Anyway thank you all for the positive comments on my Snowy Postcard card last time. I have done another one and I think this one is better.
See what you think!
I've changed the colour of the actual postcard image and added a little bit more glitter. I feel this matches better with the background paper.
I did the sentiment myself using Page Plus and added a couple of little snowflakes.
What do you think? I know its the same theme and same images but do you think this one is better?
I have also done a clean and simple Christmas card.
Using some die cut baubles sent to me by Trenouth on Docrafts. I wasn't too sure what to do with them but came up with this idea. See what you think.
I embossed them with a Christmas embossing die and I think it adds a bit of dimension to the baubles.
The wording is done direct onto the card base printed in red to match the baubles.
Thanks for sticking with me - would love your comments.
hugs until tomorrow

Vintage Christmas
hello friends
hope you are all keeping well. well I have succumbed and made my first Christmas card - well the first one I felt good enough to show you all!!
Using the very popular vintage postcard image - I coloured it in with copics to try and match the background paper. I then matted it onto craft card and then gold mirri card for some sparkle.
The sentiment is from my Christmas digi stash - can't remember where from though.
I matted this onto more gold mirri card.

I added some glitter glue around the oval section of the image.

The poinsettias in the corner are new - I bought them especially to go with the postcard image. Not sure if I have done them right as you can't see much of the leaves.
What do you think? Does it need anything else? Hubby says no but I'm not sure.
Any advice or tips or suggestions would be most welcome.
hugs until next time

Saturated Canary image - Happy Birthday Daughter
Hello Friends and fellow bloggers
hope you are all well and had a fab weekend doing what ever it is you enjoy and makes you happy
Here is a card I did a little while ago and totally forgot to post.
Here I have used another saturated canary image. As always she is coloured with copics and matted onto some pink card stock.
I printed some pink background direct onto the cardstock itself and the wording from the PC using a font called Beautiful.
The sentiment circle is a freebie from the fabulous Netty. She offers a wide variety of freebie sentiments and they are great for all cards.
Here is a close up albeit slightly blurry of the image.
Thanks for dropping by today.
hope to see you all again tomorrow with another card.
hugs until then

Saturated Canary - Happy Birthday Girlfriend
Hello Friends and followers.
long time no posting. I cannot believe I have been away so long. I hope you haven't forgot me.
Here is a new card I made for my brother's girlfriend.
Using a Saturated Canary image coloured with copics. I added diamantes to her hair.
The sentiment was printed direct onto the background paper which was from my digi stash.
The swirls and flower are from a fellow Docrafter called Chris of ChrisAndCat fame.
Here is a close up of the main image
The theme requested was pink - very pink and girly!
So I used different shades of pink.
The date sentiment was altered for the actual birthday date and was a kind donation from Kerry of A Load of Old Pickle.
Hope you like it and I would appreciate any feedback good or bad.
hugs to you all as always
