Birthday Wishes - easel card

This is my very first attempt at an easel card. I think I have done it right!!

I wasn't quite sure if I did it right but it seems to work!
this is the close up albeit blurred (can't quite work out why though!!?) close up of the image

next is a side view of the fold. I think this is a quick version of the proper way to do an easel fold card, but I saw the lady do this on some demo on the TV and thought I would give it a go!!

am not 100% sure if I've done it right but it seems to stop where its supposed to!!
I think I've put enough embellishments on it without over powering it.
I put the paper on the bottom section all the way to the back and again on the back section of the fold. I am assuming that the verse goes on the very bottom part of the card which sits on the desk? Let me know if that is right or wrong won't you!!

anyway the image is a LOTV image called Emma's presents which was very kindly sent to me by my fellow Docrafter tattys - thanks so much x
as always coloured with copics. added a pink card section with paper and ribbon to make the stopper (?) for the card front to rest on.
flowers from stash and candi dots from Craftwork Cards

thanks for looking and any comments would be gratefully received or any other suggestions to make it better or if I need to add more embellishments on it

hugs
Rosie x
