hello finally!!
crikey what a week. don't seem to be able to comprehend that the weeks are going by so quick that I am totally neglecting my friends and followers on my blog.
what a naughty blogger am I!!
anyway here is todays card which technically should have been posted before now but not as the card is for a bride and groom's wedding which is tomorrow.
Here is the card. This was a special order requested for something different to my normal landscape wedding cards.
So for this request I have used an 8" card base. I printed out a Pink Petticoat background called Sweet Flourishes in silver and lowered the transparency and then printed the names and greeting over the top again in silver. This was then matted onto silver mirri board.
The image was a freebie download from here - I simply printed it out onto the same card base and added glitter for some sparkle.
The fancy die cut square was another kind donation from my good friend Chris on Docrafts - she always manages to save the day with her die cuts!! I added tiny diamante gems for extra sparkle and also a ribbon with silver and lace in it.
the wording is a font called Sloop printed in silver. I again added diamantes to the corners.
thanks for dropping by and I will have another card to share with you all tomorrow
hugs to you all for being so patient with me

Happy 40th Birthday (commission)
hello friends.
wow - its been a while since I posted anything. So apologies for that.
Its not that I haven't made any cards just they all at the moment are wedding day cards and are all the same style - the landscape ones.
Anyway here is today's card and this is another request but this time for a tatty teddy image. Here I have used a blue checky backing paper from my digi paper stash and printed the sentiment direct onto the paper using the a similar font to the tatty teddy font.
I printed the teddy image twice and decoupaged the heart just to lift it slightly. I added glossy accents to the heart and mounted it onto a tatty teddy backing paper.
I printed another of the circular date sentiments and changed it to black to show month, birthday and this year.
here is another close up of the bear
the recipient's real name is Blue but he also gets called Johny so that's why the 2 names are on the front.
thanks for dropping by and I would appreciate any feedback from my fellow crafters and friends
hugs to you all
